This blog was created because I'm busy at university doing an Honours Specialization in English and Creative Writing, and I still wanted something to catalogue my reading. You may have come across this through my Twitter (@emilyxspeaks), or through my dormant BookTube channel. Either way, this is where I talk about books as regularly as I can.
Who am I? Well, I'm still figuring that out. But I guess I'm a lot of things: a book blogger, a bookseller, a student, a writer, a reader, an ally.
I mostly read YA contemporary and sci-fi/fantasy, but I'll dabble in anything from time to time. Adult fantasy, Literary fiction, Memoirs, and Humour are other genres I'll dip my toes in.
